Most orders received before 11am Central time will typically ship the same day. Large orders may require additional processing time. If placing a large order please call to verify shipping timeframe.
Once your shipment arrives, immediately check for damage, shortages, or wrong assortments. Any error of this type must be reported to Customer Service within 24 hours upon acceptance of order.
